    • Expansiva is an expansive marathon of conversations between journalism and communication professionals,
    to exchange knowledge and experience of how and why we do what we do. It takes place every year
    in Guatemala City with journalists, artists, thinkers and writers from Guatemala and other countries.

    I had the comission to work on the visual concept for 2023’s edition and made all the adaptations
    for social media and print material.

    The visual concept is “the expansion of ideas”.

    I’m Giancarlo Robelo, a visual commmunicator based in Guatemala City. I am looking to explore honest design projects that are not predictable, speak for themselves and reflect a positive and differential aesthetic through a strategy that must be aligned with the visual culture to which it is addressed to and with the vision or goals of the project.
